What are the restrictions on the sale of football tickets on eBay?
I have been interested in purchasing football season tickets (NCAA) and then resell I do not care to attend. I know there are laws against resale, however, it seems that people are selling for the price they want on eBay. I'm not so wonder if it is good business, but what laws must I follow in selling these tickets? For example, if I buy two fighting cocks USC credits for $ 1,000, then I can choose any price to sell the tickets do not want or do I have to sell for what the University sells to? You can not sell tickets to a place in the state in which they find on anything about the cost. So if you live in NY, NJ Devils tickets can sell for any amount, but not Ranger tickets can be sold for whatever the cost. I hope that makes sense.
