Does anyone know why Marshall Faulk chose to attend San Diego State and what other schools considered him?
Just curious. But was SDSU his first choice? Was he a prolific recruit back in high school? I mean, SDSU has a decent football program back then, but it wasn’t exactly a national powerhouse. Just wondering if Marshall rejected other football schools, and what made him choose SDSU?
its probably just that he wasnt recruited hard by other top rank programs and he wanted to go somewhere where he would play. alot of top tier players didnt go to top tier school. for example, terrel owens went to Tennesee-Chattanooga and Marvin Harrison went to Syracuse. Jerry Rice went to a Division II school as well
