HAHAHA! Sorry Bro, no amount of high prices SUPPs add 20-30 pounds of muscle in 28 days. Scientifically speaking, if you are drug free (ie NO 'Roids) can usually only gain about a pound or two of muscle a month. Nothing more than to be fat. What I'm trying to say is that it can not bully your body into muscle building by force-feeding or supplementing the garbage outside. Addition of nutrients, calories and supplements have a positive effect on muscle growth until it reaches its saturation point. After that, the extra calories are stored as body fat. Understand that you may gain more weight without adding fat because when will increase muscle size also increases the glycogen and water storage in muscle. More muscle = more glycogen. An individual trained can store up to 40 g per 100g of muscle tissue glycogen. So if you're gaining ten pounds of new muscle (4545g) will also increase glycogen storage by around four pounds (1.8 kg). So if you gain ten pounds of muscle, your scale gain actually be closer to fourteen pounds (if you did not gain any fat). Chances are if you are winning more than 2-3 pounds per month, you're gaining a little fat!
