Is the Big 12, the best in college football Confrence?

I mean there are 5 teams in the top 14. They have 4 candidates for the national title in Texas, OU, Mizzou, and Technology. Is it better than the SEC?

Yes they are because in the schools and coaches are more passionate and serious, then the schools nobody Conference.
